NAMI Family Support Group: For Parents and Caregivers of Youth

This is a free support group for parenst, caregivers, or other family members of a child, teen, or young adult (25 years or younger) that has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

This group meets virtually every second Tuesday from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. 

Registration is required. Please register online via the NAMI website. 

NAMI Basics Course

This is a free education course for parents and family caregivers of children and teens age 21 and younger who are experiencing mental health symptoms. 

This group meets virtually every week on Wednesdays starting September 23rd from 6:00pm – 8:30pm.
